How it works..
Book a session that you can make, and then get ready!
Arrive to the area about 15 mins before your session. Best practice is to arrive in your bathing suit, with warm clothes and boots on ready for a short walk. Bring a towel.

The sauna host will meet you in the parking area and walk you to the sauna if you are new.
The host will stay and help keep the fire going, and provide guidance if needed.

Each person will be required to sign a waiver with their phone, save sauna time by signing ahead of time here: Waiver

Common questions:

How hot does it get? Depends on preference, but we recommend between 160 and 180 deg F. The sauna will reach up to 200 deg F for truly seasoned sauna goers.

Where is it? The sauna is at Theater in the Wood, in Intervale NH.
The sauna parking is behind the administration building as you drive down the road to the Theater, along the chainlink fence. A sauna host will meet you at the parking if it is your first time.

Bathing suit? Bathing suits are required for all community sessions

Can I reschedule my session? Right now, all bookings are final and are not able to be refunded. Please be sure you can make your session when you book.
