How hot should the sauna be?
-
This depends on how well heat acclimated you are. Watch the sauna basics video in the video section for detailed information. How long should I sauna?
-
This depends on how experienced you are with saunas. In general, we recommend 15 mins at a time, and then stepping out to cool off, hydrate and see how you feel. Then repeating in 15 minute increments until you feel satisfied. In general, about an hour total in the sauna is more than enough for even experienced sauna goers.
